Big, scary, spiders!

I never used to be scared of spiders, Kari (my roomate in GF) used to yell for me and I would come and kill whatever bug was in our apartment. Now that I am in Oklahoma where Brett has warned me about the brown recluse spider (and shown me the very graphic pictures on Google of what can happen if you are bit by one) I have become paranoid about spiders. I usually look very closely at a piece of dark lint on the floor before picking it up with a kleenex. So today when I was cleaning out the closet and organizing my clothes- I went to go pick up a piece of lint with my kleenex and while doing that saw something move in the corner of the closet. I yelled for Brett to have him come check it out and told him I was sorry for being a baby and it was probably nothing, but I was scared. So he looked in the closet and looked at me with his eyes wide and told me it was a good thing I didn't get any closer because it was a big spider. So he went and got a tupperware container to catch it in (he wanted me to see what it looked like before he killed it) and proceeded to catch it!




So, this is the video of him catching it. It was a very scary ordeal. So, anyways- I am now afraid of spiders. I have already had a dream about one chasing me, and that was before I saw this one today- so I hope I can sleep tonight!
